Stephanie Nitzel

One of Stephanie’s favorite sayings she shares with her clients is that she has the best job in the world! She gets to listen, talk and help everyday people navigate the ever-changing world of real estate and she gets to do that right here in her beloved hometown of San Diego! She always strives to give her clients as much information as she can to assist them in making informed selling and purchasing decisions.

Joining up with a Brokerage that not only supported Stephanie with the brick-and-mortar offices but also provided the necessary tools has allowed her to further support her goal in providing the necessary technology to assist her clients in both selling and purchasing homes.

Stephanie has lived in San Diego County for the past 45 years. She is married to an amazing man who teaches kindergarten & 1st graders in the San Diego School District. Don, her husband assists her with Open Houses, weekend appointments and during his teaching vacations. They are blessed to have 5 kids, with their youngest 3 being teenagers. They purchased her husband's family home in 2007 and are raising their family in the same house that he, his brother, and sister were raised in. (Her in-laws retired and returned to their hometown in Nebraska). They have a deep love for their pets, which includes dogs, cats and chickens. They love to travel, visiting baseball stadiums, listen and attend live music venues and they love a good Whiskey. Her favorite baseball team is our very own hometown San Diego Padres! She's excited about sharing her vast knowledge and experience with you, regardless of where you are in the process, selling or buying.
