Stephanie Rush started doing her homework before we first met. She had gotten detailed information spending an entire afternoon at Madison town hall talking to anyone who would give her time. The parcel of land that I was selling had some interesting restrictions and Stephanie studied them in detail giving me peace of mind that I had all the facts before putting the land on the market. She made herself available to answer any questions I might have. I would certainly use her again.

Stephanie Rush is second to none, when it comes to being a real estate agent, and she's even a better human being. She takes all of the worry away from the client and solves all of your problems, eliminating all obstacles behind the scenes, and tirelessly around the clock. There were some issues on the other end that almost ended our whole deal, and she worked miracles expeditiously, and made everything work. I'm not sure she ever sleeps.

My only recommendation is don't try to figure anything out yourself. That's what i did wrong. Do what she says. Just believe it!

Steph was absolutely wonderful. I knew right off of our first conversation that she was going to be the girl to help us sell our home. She was happy, charismatic, organized, to the point, and super laid back! She made sure to make us a priority even when she was on vacation ! If we had questions and it was late, she would squeeze us In for a talk on her off hours to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything going on! She is a great negotiator and will not let other realtors take advantage of you ! This girl has your back 1000 percent . She literally held our hand 100 percent of the way and allowed us to make the decisions at the end of the day , but always Gave her professional opinion too to help guide us in the right direction. 1000000 out of 10 experience! As first time home buyers, we did not even know where to start! We contacted stephanie letting her know and hoping she could help us! Not only did she help us, she assisted us every step of the way and made the house buying process way easier than we thought it would be! This review has been a looooong-time coming. My husband and I worked with Steph from June to December 2022. She’s a straight up a rock star. We had a put few offers in houses we were convinced were perfect for us and we missed by a hair, but she never stopped hustling. She kept us going when we felt discouraged and never let up. Steph worked so hard to advocate for us and fight for our non-negotiables. Once we finally got an offer accepted it was a long tumultuous road going between us and the sellers. We went through a lot, but I can’t say it enough Steph fights for what is in your best interest. She was supportive, patient, honest, funny, and so thoughtful. She had a contact for every issue we came up against and when we asked questions, she was quick to get back to us and if she didn’t know got us an answer as quickly as she could. Her communication was clear, and she was always available for a joke and insight. We worked as a team, and we now have been in the house exactly one year and we LOVE our home. Things that describe Stephanie Rush are , fair, honest,dedicated to her client, a real go getter.
Stephanie recently sold me house for me, which I thought was going to be easy. My boyfriend + I were shopping as first-time home buyers. We connected with Steph about a year or so, with hopes of buying in CT after spending some time away in the south. Although we recently decided to stay in the south, if I could bring her with us to every state I would + when/if we ever do come back up, Steph is the only one we will be working with.

When you think of a realtor you think of somebody that is consistently working around the clock trying to find their client a home. That is a complete understatement about Stephanie. With todays unpredictable, fast paced, and extremely inconsistent market, stephanie is exactly who you need as your realtor. She doesn’t stop working for you.
