We were so lucky to find Stephanie! She was so kind, knowledgeable, and hardworking. As first time home buyers she helped guide us the whole way through. Her recommendations were all spot on and she knew what to ask. She took all of our considerations into account to help us find the best home. Stephanie is AMAZING!!
She helped us find our dream home, and also had the answers for all of our homeownership related questions. We are fairly new to NH and used a VA loan, but none of that deterred her. She is super knowledgeable about the real estate market, but also took strong consideration into what key features we were looking for. She was so accommodating, assisted with relaying messages back and forth between the seller/agent, and really helped ease any confusion or worries we may have had in the process.
I definitely recommend Stephanie for your home buying/selling needs!!

Stephanie worked with us for months to find our dream home. The housing market was so hot during this time that we could not find what we wanted. Stephanie found our dream house and made the buying process easy. Once the house was found, she then listed and sold our old house during a tough buying market with high mortgage rates. I highly recommend Stephanie to be your realtor.
