Stephanie Singletary

Stephanie Singletary has been with the Stephanie Younger Group for seven years and is a top-producing agent for the team. Before joining SYG, Stephanie had over ten years in commercial property management at CBRE, which speaks to her experience and expertise in the real estate industry.

Stephanie attended the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) where she obtained a degree in sociology, giving her the innate ability to listen to clients' needs and find solutions. Delivering stellar service to her clients through her trademark calm and positive demeanor, Stephanie loves working with first-time homebuyers! To her, nothing is more fulfilling than handing over a shiny set of new keys to her clients!

She has lived in the Playa Del Rey/Westchester neighborhood for over ten years and is grateful to work and live in her community with her husband and young children. In her free time, she loves the ocean and enjoys spending her time at the beach. Stephanie is also an avid runner and has competed in the L.A. Marathon. She is active in the community by volunteering with Heal the Bay and supporting the Sierra Club.
