A couple of first time home buyers:

We found our perfect home, all thanks to the hard work and determination of Stephanie.

Over the course of 3 months, Stephanie showed us countless homes, strategized tirelessly and provided sound advice throughout. Coming into the process of buying our first home there was much my partner and I didn’t understand or know. Stephanie ushered us through the nuances and intricacies of buying a home - which provided us the confidence and knowledge to make realistic and rational offers on various homes throughout the Portland metro area.

Her technical skills and knowledge are impeccable but they do not surpass her humility, patience and willingness to serve her clients as if they were family.

If not for Stephanie, there is a high probability we would’ve given up and opted to rent another year until the market leveled out. She kept us upbeat and hopeful throughout a trying market and multiple outbids.

Stephanie is simply incredible, I am forever grateful for the help she provided in finding our home.

Working with Stephanie was such an incredible experience as first time home buyers! With the market being what it is — she never gave up on helping us find our dream home without compromising. My partner and I came into the market not knowing what to expect and Stephanie did an amazing job explaining and helping us gain so much information about the housing process. She worked so hard with other realtors, consistently asking questions to help us gain more insight on what we should write for our bids (and there was A LOT). She was always prompt, empathetic, and encouraging! Once our bid was finally accepted — she walked us through every single step from inspection to closing. I would highly recommend Stephanie as your realtor! When we choose to sell our home one day, I know who I’ll be working with again!
