My Story in Real Estate
My journey in real estate began with a passion for helping people — not just with homes, but with life-changing decisions. Over the years, I've worn many hats: Realtor, trainer, mortgage loan officer, closing agent, educator, and trusted advisor. Each role has shaped me into the well-rounded professional I am today.
I’ve guided buyers through the excitement (and sometimes nerves) of finding their first home. I’ve helped families upsize, downsize, and right-size, and supported sellers as they prepared for the next chapter in their lives. I’ve also trained and mentored new agents, teaching them how to build their business with integrity, professionalism, and heart.
My early years were rooted in appraisal, credit counseling, mortgage lending and title services — working behind the scenes to get loans approved, files closed, and families into their homes. That experience taught me the importance of accuracy, communication, and staying calm under pressure. It also gave me the advantage of truly understanding every step of the process, from pre-approval to closing table.
Later, I transitioned fully into real estate sales and new construction, where I managed projects for a local builder and helped bring brand-new homes to life. Along the way, I built lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, lenders, and community leaders — connections that still serve my clients today.
Throughout my career, I’ve remained deeply committed to educating others — whether it’s walking a client through the fine print of a contract or standing in front of a room full of first-time buyers at a homebuyer seminar. I’ve also had the privilege of training and mentoring over 75 newly licensed Realtors, helping them gain the skills and confidence to succeed in this ever-changing industry.
