I have worked with Stephanie for the past 2 years through 3 closings and rental agreements. She has outstanding, and I have complete trust in her. She has ample of expertise, which were reassuring during the stressful process of buying and selling. I always felt she has my best interest in mind. She is super nice, respectful, and excellent at communicating. She has always answered my calls/texts in a timely manner. 100% recommend her, you will be in good hands. First, I am an experienced investor who had many real estates. I have been working with many good Realtors / Agents. However, Stephanie at Legacy Real Estate Group is at another level.

As an out of State Investor, I am new in Melbourne, FL Market. It is not easy to find a company that you can trust 100% in the new market. I have been looking for an honest Real Estate Agent in the local areas. I need to an Agent that I can trust so I rely on her/him to find me deal, checking out the houses, making offers. Also, I need an Agent who can help me post-closing. I had bad experience with Agents who only care about making the Sale, and then, don’t spend anytime to help me after closing. In fact, I got a bad Agent in Sarasota, FL already. So, this is the key factor for me.

Stephanie is a very experienced Broker. She knows the areas so well. In 4 weeks, Stephanie helped me to screens many houses, then, she came to the selected ones to check them out in person. She took pictures/videos and went over the detail with me over the phone. Stephanie is very honest to tell me about the good, the bad, and the ugly of each house.

There was one house that we really like, so, we made an offer. However, our offer was not selected.

Under this hot Real Estate, it is very hard to find an ideal houses. So, I picked a few and wanted to make offer even these houses did not meet all the criteria that we defined ahead of time. However, Stephanie stopped me from making offers due to various reasons: not very good neighbors, more traffic due to High School nearby, not a good one for rentals…. Really? Have you ever heard of a Real Estate Agent who stopped Investor from making offers?

Stephanie told me not to worry about it and wait for the good ones. We passed so many houses.

Finally, we found a good one, made an offer, and we just closed the transaction on 4/15.

If you are looking for an honest Agent who would really work with you to get a good house, someone who do not just are about making a commission, then, I strongly recommend Stephanie to you.

Stephanie is a true professional! Beyond excellent, highly recommend! She knows the market, the area, and she goes the extra mile. My wife and I looked for a home for roughly 6-7 months in a very hot 2021 housing market. Without Stephanie's quick actions, professionalism, and knowledge I believe we would still be looking for a home. Stephanie went above and beyond for us each time we were interested in a home, rain or shine, day or night (after shift as a nurse) she would get us in to see any home! She takes minutes to respond and it felt like we were her only clients. She was beyond supportive in our 6month search, she never gave up and was always positive.
