Stephanie Thorson is quite honestly a powerhouse Realtor that helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She checked in at every stage of our home buying process and made everything feel seamless and efficient. As a recent transplant to Sparks/Reno I was nervous to find an agent my husband and I would not only trust, but would help us navigate this crazy market. Stephanie exceeded our expectations!

What has stood out to me the most about Stephanie is her dedication to not letting us settle. Every house we entered, she examined like she was moving in herself. She didn’t just want us to find a house so she could move on to her other clients. She wanted us to find a home we love. She stood in the backyard of houses asking, “Is this busy road what you want to hear when you’re drinking your wine on the back porch every night after you put the kids to bed?” “This doesn’t have your fireplace you want, Rachael.” She wanted us to have everything we wished for and was committed to finding us the home we had envisioned. (Even if that meant meeting us at 8PM for showings due to our busy work schedules.)

The home we ended up with closed at 10k under asking despite the incredibly competitive market we are in. If this doesn’t tell you how experienced, wise, and overall outstanding Stephanie is, well then you should take her out for a coffee a meet her yourself. She’ll take a sugar free vanilla latte with almond milk from Starbucks. You’re welcome!

My experience with Stephanie was AMAZING. She was very helpful through the whole home buying process.
