Stephanie (Stevie) Turner is a licensed Realtor with McMullen Realty. Stephanie specializes in Commercial Brokerage; helping mid and small size businesses in identifying ideal space for their growing businesses, as well as owners listing their properties for Sale and Lease.
Prior to joining McMullen Realty, Stephanie managed for KeyBank, Community Reinvestment Initiatives in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Western Pennsylvania. Stephanie led for KeyBank the City of Cleveland’s Neighborhood Reinvestment Program where KeyBank provided over $2.8 billion dollars in loans and investments. She was the project manager for the Social Compact Drilldown that located 29,000 households in the City of Cleveland not captured by census data and an informal economy worth over $820 million dollars. The data captured from the Drilldown study provided significant retail investments in the City of Cleveland.
Stevie has a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Kent State University. Stevie is a 2015 graduate of the Real Estate Associates Program (REAP).
Stevie is a former member of Shaker Heights City Council and Vice Mayor. She currently serves on the Cleveland Citywide Community Development Corporation and serves as board president for the Olivet Housing and Community Development Corp. Stevie is a member of Olivet Institutional Baptist Church.
