Stephanie is our go to realtor, we’ve used her twice for selling and buying a home. Her knowledge of the market and how much she cares about her clients, makes her the obvious choice. Stephanie and her team (Sara to be specific) are WONDERFUL! They go way above and beyond for their clients even after they've closed on properties. They also recommend great mortgage lenders and property inspectors! The whole home buying process was a breeze and from the first time meeting we were in our dream home in 2 months! That's pretty unheard of during this current housing market but with Stephanie and her team the process is so easy!

My husband and I contacted Stephanie to help us sell our home and buy another. The process itself seemed a little daunting given the current market but Stephanie made the whole process pleasant and uncomplicated- and also quite FUN. No question went unanswered, no concern pushed a side. Not only is she professional and reliable but we felt we were more than just another client or file number. Stephanie was great to work with. My husband and I have worked with three other realtors previously, we are a military family, therefore relocate more frequently than your average family. She exceeded our expectations! When we initially contacted her, she was quick to respond and we had a meeting immediately. That day we had a plan of when it was best to put our home on the market for our specific needs, and the best price and other details. We felt very informed every step of the way. Her photographer was amazing as well. The photos of our home looked great and did a great job of showing how beautiful it was.
