Stephanie Villanueva

A Bay Area native, Stephanie was born and raised in the heart of Silicon Valley. Having spent over 8 years in her accounting position with a commercial HVAC service company, she decided to return to her love of luxury customer service and began her career in Real Estate. Within her first year of being a licensed Realtor®, Stephanie found herself as one of the Top Producers in her office and continues to flourish.

Joining Windermere, having the support and flexibility to not only provide service for her Bay Area clients she is also able to assist her clients along the Central Coast. As a Relocation Specialist and Military Relocation Professional, Stephanie has made lasting connections with colleagues and clients throughout the United States and internationally.

Stephanie is a proud supporter of the men and women of our Armed Forces, as well as our frontline workers. In her free time, you will find her connecting with friends and family exploring the California Coast, treasure hunting along with beach with her two young children, immersing herself in local culture, trying new restaurants and visiting local vineyards!
