We tried to sell the current home we were living in to get into something more affordable to us at the time. Our other realtor spent almost 2 years unsuccessfully getting it sold. I found Steph on Facebook, after years apart, we graduated the same year...told her of our situation and she swooped in and got things taken care of and the house short saled, which we did not even know was an option as we thought we'd be headed to bankruptcy. I have used Stephannie for 3 homes now and all 3 times she has been nothing less than amazing! She is always available and never makes me feel silly for asking sooooooo many questions during the process. I recently sold a home and the buyers realtor was very pushy and very unprofessional with how she handled things and Stephannie was there to completely defend me and do what was right! I will never use another realtor as long as she is an agent!!!

Stephannie was our realtor for selling our home and buying our new one. She was absolutely amazing! She answered all of our questions and completely put our minds at ease with everything. She was able to explain things to us that we could understand. One of the things we loved most about her was her honesty when we viewed homes. She would point out things that may pose an issue for us as homeowners with the structure of the home or other things that may be problematic. She really looked out for us and truly wanted to find us a home we would love! I recommend her to everyone!

I enjoyed working with Stephanie on selling my three properties. She was very professional to work with, diligent and hard-working. Certain circumstances of the titles of my properties made the closing a bit difficult, but Stephanie stuck with it, worked hard to keep the deal together and we got them closed.
