Stephany Delgado brings exceptional local expertise and a wealth of industry experience to The Agency Studio City, where she specializes in matching buyers to their ideal homes. With a reputation for being a tireless negotiator, committed client advocate and creative marketer, Stephany has been named the #1 agent on her past and current real estate teams; she is presently a member of The Agency’s Gina Michelle and George Ouzounian team.

Raised locally in Porter Ranch by two real estate agents, Stephany has been immersed and active in the industry since she was a teen. She initially worked as an assistant to a successful title officer, then alongside home stagers, where she honed her passion and talent for interior design.

After studying Public Relations and achieving a degree in Psychology and Journalism, Stephany achieved her real estate license and began working with one of the top-producing teams in the San Fernando Valley. A skilled mentor and leader, Stephany trained 15 agents on online lead conversion and open houses. She also created a mentorship program so that future individuals could be onboarded and trained properly.

In her more than nine years as an agent, Stephany has become a true expert in the industry and will stop at almost nothing to achieve her client’s goals. Competitive, thoughtful and tenacious, Stephany is known for her ability to surpass all kinds of transaction roadblocks; she frequently wins bidding wars against dozens of other offers and will readily hit the ground running (and knock down doors) to find what her clients are seeking.

Outside of her real estate career, Stephany explores the nation's national parks and takes time to foster dogs and cats from local rescue organizations. She also donates a portion of each completed transaction to Project Underground Railroad, which works to rescue and rehabilitate women and children who have been involved in sex trafficking.
