About Stephen

Stephen Ferrara founded The Hudson Advisory Team, a tech-based real estate firm, in 2017 alongside his business partner Clayton Orrigo. Together they lead one of the highest-grossing agent teams in the country, providing strategic real estate advice and marketing solutions based on a data-driven and high- touch service approach. The Hudson Advisory Team has executed some of the largest transactions in New York City history for a diverse set of accomplished clients.

Hudson Advisory is ranked #1 in New York City by the Wall Street Journal, conducting well over $3 Billion of real estate sales throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons, since 2017. In 2021, Hudson Advisory completed over $1.3 Billion in real estate transaction volume.

Prior to real estate, Stephen worked in the hospitality industry where he managed client experience in a first-class atmosphere. He currently lives in the West Village and is a proud board member of Housing Works.
