I’m so glad me and my wife chose Stephen as our realtor to buy our first home. All I can say is the man knows his job. We had our eyes on a specific home but were saddened to hear it was under contract. So we went on to another home and a few days before signing Stephen called us and said that the contract fell through and we needed to look at this house ASAP. He knew which house would make us happy and kept his eye on it. We were able to put in an offer that day before it went back on the market. We are very happy with our home and extremely grateful to Stephen for all his hard work.

My husband and I decided it was time to start looking into buying a home. We had worked with a novice realtor because they were a friend and we wanted to help them get started in the field. It was an absolute nightmare. When we decided enough was enough, we turned to Stephen. He had helped many of our friends and family buy and sell homes and we knew that if we wanted individualized attention in the home buying process, that we needed a pro with experience. Stephen is just that. He has a wonderful team that he works with closely to make it happen. He referred us to his preferred lenders and we were able to get our credit out of the dumps and able to buy a home in just a few months! Stephen and his team were always available by phone, email, or text any time I had any questions, and I had a lot! They never made me feel like I was bothering them with my constant questions. After looking at a lot of homes, my family found where we belong, and Stephen made sure we got our monies worth and kept our investment protected with the knowledge he has. I cannot recommend Stephen enough. From day one it was a positive experience. Stephen helped me with the purchase of my first home. Although I was new to the entire process, he made everything simple to comprehend by explaining in person and even sending video explanations of the various steps in the home buying process. I felt at ease as he consistently pointed out things to look for in homes I would overlook, ranging from the home itself, to the neighborhood, even looking towards the future and thinking of the home as a way to build equity. Stephen Gomez is the most professional, caring and responsible realtor I’ve ever worked with and I’ve worked with many. He answers just about every call and gets back with in minutes. He answered every questions weather good or not so good with facts not guessing. Listen, if you are looking for people who care about you every step of the way, then you have come to the right place. Stephen and his team helped us get into our first home when we had nothing but horrible credit. They explained exactly what we had to do to improve our credit and how to save our information to get us into a home as soon as possible. It took some work on our end, but they waited for us and were always there to answer any questions we had. They were honest and let us know when we couldn’t achieve our goal and helped us until we could.
