He, on many occasions needed to step away from his young family to help us with questions and tours during the late hours of the evenings we had available. Stephen was exceptionally helpful in our home buying process! We started working with Stephen when we were still living overseas. He was dedicated enough to do virtual house tours for us, and wake up early/stay up late so we could talk, even with a 15 hour time difference. There were times where I felt that Stephen knew what we wanted better than we did: he would gently steer us away from parts of town or houses in which he didn’t think we would be happy to live, and towards homes that turned out to be more our style. We trusted him every step of the way, and are so thankful we did! We absolutely adore our home (, the purchase price) and the location; we are so grateful to Stephen for making this dream a reality!!

I don't live in the Harrisburg area and was selling my mom's home for her. I came to Stephan from a recommendation from a friend of mind who is a realtor in my area. From the first contact with Stephan through the closing I was 100% impressed with his knowledge of the market and his marketing plan for the property. Being a remote seller proved not to be a problem at all. From the electronic signatures and modern communications the selling experience was easy and almost painless. Stephen was absolutely fantastic to work with. He had an excellent knowledge of the properties in the areas I was interested in, but also did not pressure me into looking at properties that were more than I was prepared to spend, which has been my experience with other real estate agents. I also had a very difficult time with the initial home I tried to buy, and his expertise and willingness to go the extra mile with me to deal with that, and also find another home were absolutely the best. He was highly professional at all times, even when faced with unprofessional behavior from others we were dealing with. He also had excellent ideas on how to negotiate both the selling prices and closing costs, which helped me a lot. He is also very responsive, and conscientious, and made every effort to help and facilitate the entire process. Just the best!
