If you are looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond his daily job, you’ve found the right one. Stephen has a wealth of knowledge and in depth awareness of the area and it’s surroundings. He is always on time and has walked thru the property prior to us arriving. He does his research and really bring a wide array of homes to choose from based on our preferences. He is patient, kind, and detailed oriented. If he doesn’t know the answer he will get you one quick. I appreciate his openness to our needs and his persistency in helping us find that perfect fit. He was born and raised in the DMV and knows this area well. He has helped us find our dream live at home as well a vacation rental. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Working with Mr. Jones was a completely excellent and awesome experience!!! Very respectful and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Any and all requests to update our search options were made immediately and communicated expeditiously. With the market booming in 2020, we went to numerous viewings of homes to no avail, as there were multiple offers on each home we had an interest in. Mr. Jones, suggested that we may want to look into new construction based on our needs and wants….. and we did just that. We worked with the builders and Mr. Jones and are now proud first time homeowners of a gorgeous home, over 3000 square feet that we couldn’t be more pleased with. Mr. Jones was instrumental in all stages of this process and as we closed in January of 2022, he has reached out a couple of times to make sure we are doing well. I have referred him to friends, family and neighbors and wish him continued success!

My experience with Stephen was above expectations. He listened to my list of wants and only showed me homes I was interested in. Despite his busy schedule and the house market (Very Hot) at the time he was able to meet with me at every listing, open house, and inspection.
