I highly recommend Steve Lustgarten with 220 Agents. As a mortgage lender, I work with a lot of real estate agents and not all are created equal. I recently closed a transaction with Steve. Steve and his team were awesome throughout the transaction. They were consistently on top of their game...accessible, professional and knowledgeable and we partnered together to facilitate a seamless transaction for our client. Stephen is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I felt so taken care of by the way he could inspect a house with his builders eye and alert us to any problems. I take my time in decision making and appreciated that I never felt hounded by him. He would patiently listen, offer feedback and send us wonderful options. He was easy to reach and happy to take us around to whatever walk throughs we could do with our little kids in tow and did a walk through for us for our last one. We found a beautiful, well built home that we are truly thrilled about in the middle of this crazy market and actually got it amongst a frenzy of buyers! Steve was our peaceful guide as first time home buyers in what is for most, an incredibly stressful market. I’m so thankful for Steve’s kind and helpful energy during this process and the knowledge that he shared with us. He is the best realtor I could have ever hoped for!
