Stephen has been licensed with State of California for 12 years and has risen in a company of over 900 agents to the top 10%. Earning Top Producer rewards as well as Life Time Masters Club awards.
Stephen has worked extensively with distressed property owners in finding the best exit strategy for themselves and their families. He has extensive knowledge of Residential Renovation Projects and has worked for one of the nation’s largest Renovation Companies as a Project Manager. Stephen has “flipped” over 100 homes all across Northern California and is an expert in Renovating properties.
Annie McMullen brings over 26 years of Real Estate experience and various facets of the business. Starting in 1992 Annie worked for 10 years as a business development Rep for a Title Co. in Silicon Valley specializing in training agents on Real Estate CRM’s and marketing through the use of technology. Annie quickly became one of only three certified trainers as a Title Rep for Top Producer CRM.
Annie also volunteered as CO Chair of Technology Committee for SAMCAR (San Mateo County Assoc of Realtors) and in 2002 moved to Sacramento County. While working for 5 additional years as a Title Rep/Business Development, Annie again was CO Chair of the Technology Committee for SAR (Sacramento Association of Realtors).
From 2013-2017 Annie worked extensively as an ISA Manager for some of the leading Real Estate Teams in the Country.as well as receiving elite team coaching from Tom Ferry.
