Stephen Patronete

Patronete is a licensed California, Real Estate and Mortgage Broker with over 30 years of experience. Since 1987, Steve has taken pride in his ability to walk anyone through the process of buying or selling their home or rental properties and acquiring the best financing available for them at the time. His background in Real Estate stretches back to his youth when his General Contractor Grandfather and his dad would buy houses remodel and resell them. His ability to understand all the aspects of the process, the home, the market, and his clients’ specific needs separate him from the average agent. Always utilizing state of the art technology to market his clients’ properties, Steve has an exceptional history of homes sold which has earned him a steady flow of repeat and referral business. Over 95% of his business today is from past clients or friends and family they refer to Steve. Understanding financing and all the available options has been key to his ability to make the process seem simple and easy, taking the stress out of wondering if they are making the right decision, he will always explain the best available options in a clear and easy to understand way. Steve met his high school sweetheart Tina, in 1975 and they were married in 1982, they have two grown children. His daughter Jenna is a graduate of SDSU with a master’s degree and is currently a teacher. While his son Taylor is a graduate of Cal State San Marcos with a bachelor’s degree, Taylor is currently working at Neff Headwear. Steve and his family, including the dogs, Railey their mini-Aussie, and Charlie their chocolate lab, enjoy boating together, specifically wake boarding and water skiing, and he is an avid golfer, cyclist, and runner. As members of Cornerstone Community Church in Moorpark, they attend regularly and are part of a Life Group, plus Steve is part of a Men's group Bible study that meets weekly.
