Wow, even in this competitive market, he was able to help me buy a house with my first offer. He knew the market so we went in with a strong first offer that was accepted and we did not go way over to get the house.

He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and found it. No wasting time on homes that were not even close to what was needed.

Very timely on responses and communications with integrity.

He worked well with the appraiser, inspector and lender to make start to finish seamless !
