Stephen Press, SIOR

Stephen Press, SIOR, Principal and Broker of Press/Cuozzo Realtors®, has been successfully marketing special properties since 1977. Stephen provides buyer and tenant representation services to many of the area's well-known companies and directs Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services' commercial and investment sales team, with assisting clients in the acquisition and disposition of various types of properties. His experience in development representation includes residential, as well as commercial properties.

He has been awarded the CRB designation (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) for completing the Council's advanced educational and professional requirements in brokerage and real estate business management.

Stephen is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Connecticut Economic Resource Center, and the greater New Haven, Connecticut, and National Association of Realtors®. As a member of the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors®, Stephen is one of four professional standards mediators for the Association and has served on numerous committees. Stephen held various Association offices before becoming its president in 1992. He was recognized as a Sustaining Bronze Member of the Realtors® Political Action Committee in 2002, and named Realtor® of the Year in 2003. For his work in the civic arena, Stephen was awarded the Business New Haven Community Service Award in 2002. Currently, Stephen serves the Association as a member of the Board of Directors for the Education and Scholarship Foundation, and is a member of the Board of Directors for The Ronald McDonald House in New Haven, as well as a member of the Hamden, New Haven and Quinnipiac Chambers of Commerce.
