Donna and Stephen stayed true to their motto "The Ramundo Team delivering extraordinary experiences''. In a time where people were offering way over asking we felt discouraged with all the competition. Buying a house during a time when the market was affected by the pandemic was rough but that did not stop the Ramundo Team. There were plenty of times when we felt we were not going to get the house we wanted so we started looking for homes farther away, in neighborhoods we didn't want to live in and crossing out items on our wish list. There was one time when we asked Donna to show us a home which we really didn't like but felt we had no choice and she said "This is not for you!". She was exactly right! She knew exactly what we wanted and didn't give up. Among many offers, the Ramundo negotiating skills got our offer accepted to a beautiful home that we couldn't even imagine was possible. It didn’t stop there, they referred us to inspectors, a lawyer and an insurance agent! They really are a One Stop Shop! We absolutely love our new home!!! Thanks to the Ramundo Team for listening to our needs and making sure we got the home of our dreams!!! I am grateful that my husband and I had Stephen and Donna represent us for the purchase of our first home in Orange County. The MLS system they set us up in with email alerts was very helpful and every time we were emailed a home that we were interested in viewing we were able to reach out to Stephen and quickly set up an appointment. They were very responsive by phone or text. We searched with them for a little under one year.

Once we found the home we liked they were able to help us immediately make an offer. The actual closing went very smooth. We appreciated the recommendations they shared during the home buying process. We highly recommend Stephen and Donna if you are buying or selling a home!

We closed on our first home on November 24th 2021 BUT we started looking for a home with Stephen around May of 2019. We were picky, on a pretty tight budget, in a white hot housing market and in a global pandemic. Stephen showed us countless homes all over Orange county and was able to answer any and all questions. He was very patient, presant and honest throughout the entire process. When it came time to put an offer in he gave great advice for putting forward our strongest offer.

If it weren't for Stephen I truly believe that we would still be looking for a house. He stood by us when other agents probably would have cut us loose. From the very beginning when we didn't really know what we were looking for right up to the closing table Stephen was there for us.

What a team...those Ramundo's...couldn't have asked for a better real estate crew to work with. Patient, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and amazing listeners. Stephen & Donna stood by our sides for 2 years in the making. Pandemic and all. They were always available and happy to answer any of our questions...and we had a lot! First time EVER purchasing a home and I have to give a million thanks for Stephen R for his expertise and knowledge about the homes we looked at... too many to count lol.. But Stephen was always available for us and worked around our busy schedules.. Not only is he knowledgeable about the different towns he was very helpful in regards to school districts and shopping areas. We needed a location semi close to highways but we also wanted a home with acres and seclusion... From the first conversation I had with Donna, I found she made us feel comfortable working with her. When I had concerns she listened closely and came back with a solution that was perfect. She described each step in the process, and made each step happen like clockwork. From our first conversation to closing she has always been there to do whatever hand holding we needed. Being that that was going to be our first home purchase we had a lot of questions and Donna and the Ramundo Team made sure that we felt comfortable and educated during the whole process. This process wasn't a short and easy one yet long and frustrating but Donna was there for us the whole time. She responded in a timely manner when I had questions or wanted to go to an open house. Even when I saw a home the night before she made the house viewing happen the next day. If for some reason she wasn't around she had a member of her team show up (who were all also great).
