As senior vice president, Stephen will co-lead the effort in managing the Boston office transaction services. Stephen has over 21 years of negotiation experience representing over 500 of Boston’s most prominent tenants. He has expertise in all areas of real estate activity including new lease acquisitions, lease restructurings, lease dispositions, asset disposition, project management and lease administration.
Prior to T3, Stephen worked for several real estate firms including tenant rep firm Equis Corporation where he managed the Boston office. While at Equis, he worked on some of the firms most high profile transactions including Travelers Insurance where he was an integral part of a team that completed 131 lease transactions. He conducted several major relocation consolidations on Travelers behalf resulting from a merger with St Paul Insurance and USFG.
Stephen has provided clients with the highest level of service on the most challenging real estate assignments. He has numerous case studies and references in regard to maximizing saving and satisfying the workplace requirements of his customers. An astute negotiator who always does his homework, Stephen continues to delight his customers.
Stephen is an active member of Corenet and CBA. He is a graduate of St Lawrence university, he played 4 years of varsity ice Hockey for St Lawrence University and one year of professional Ice hockey in europe.
Stephen lives in the western suburbs with his wife and two children; enjoys traveling, golf, skiing and ice hockey.
