From the moment we met Steve, he has been phenomenal. He has been honest and kept to his word every step of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable and informative. He answered all questions and concerns that we had and had solutions for any issues that arose. Unlike some realtors, Steve actually was in constant communication with us with any developments and kept us updated at every turn. His marketing and experience had multiple offers in front of us within a 72 hrs of actively placing our home on the market. He was able to secure us thousands above asking and we were in contract in less than a week. Steve was extremely helpful and beneficial in all aspects of selling our home. I have dealt with other realtors, but none have matched Steve's performance. Steve genuinely made the experience much easier than expected. If you are in the market to sell, Steve is definitely the way to go.
