Stephen Rutgers

Born California, Stephen moved to DC where he earned his Bachelors and Masters Degrees Sports & Event Management from The George Washington University. Stephen is a former Division I Cross Country runner and knows his way around DC by foot.

Stephen is an active member in the community – he helped found the annual 17th Street Festival and assists in the planning of multiple city wide events. He also recently served on the board of the Shaw Dog Park Board of Directors. Stephen brings this inside knowledge to our clients and believes it isn’t just putting someone into a home, it is about finding a community to live in.

Stephen has worked for multiple media and advertising firms and knows how to get our clients and listings the extra attention. In his free time Stephen loves to run and is working to complete the six Marathon Majors. He loves spending time with friends, watching sports, and taking his Great Dane, Alexis Rose to the dog park.
