I've had the pleasure of working with Stephen Simard for several real estate transactions and he is wonderful. Stephen goes above and beyond for his clients, actually calls you back (which is hard find these days) and is always there all times of the day. I can think of countless situations where we needed him to give advice, find a solution to issues, a contractor referral, and explained things in detail. We felt our situation to be a very ambitious and difficult real estate challenge. First, to sell our home and simultaneously then locate a single story condo, both within a short time frame. We worked with Steve when looking for a home in September, 2014. My husband and I narrowed down our search online and drove by several homes to determine if the location and property would work for us. When we called Steve we asked to see 5 homes and Steve was able to line them all up, one after the other, on a Saturday. We were sure there was a clear winner just from that day! Steve was so quick to get us a second viewing of the home and submitted our offer immediately. Once we were under contract, Steve had the tough job of keeping the deal together. Our current house was being sold and our buyer was unfortunately not the most time-efficient. Our sellers became nervous that our buyer kept waiting until the last minute to do everything. Steve did a really fantastic job keeping everyone calm (including me!) and our deal ended up going through on time without any real issues. He had a great deal of knowledge of the market and really understood our specific needs in a home. Steve was very responsive, time efficient and professional. I'm sure that our quick move (moved in the first week of November - just 60 days after our initial call to him!!) would not have happened had it not been for him!

I was very impressed with Steve's knowledge not only of the buying process, but of his knowledge of houses in general. It was a huge help to have him with us through this process. Steve and his team are amazing! I highly recommend them every time! It is not always the smoothest and easiest process, but with Steve he was very involved at each step, which made it much smoother for us.

Thanks to Steve and his team we are now living in our DREAM HOME! We are so grateful!
