We've worked with Stephen twice and will continue to use him on all future realty needs. His knowledge of Austin and its surrounding areas is second to none and he makes the buying/selling process easy and fun. It can be daunting to deal with the Austin housing market, but Stephen is always on top of things and quick to reply to any questions. He gives great recommendations and helps save you money, while still getting you just what you're looking for. I would definitely recommend working with him if you want a reliable agent and appreciate a good dad-joke.

Stephen Smith is the best you'll realtor you'll find. He knows the Austin market (and surrounding areas), he is well-connected, well-informed, and has incredible attention to detail. He's there when you need him, and goes to bat for you when it comes to making and completing offers. I could not recommend him highly enough.

I've known Steve for years and when I first met him, he was genuine and trusting. It made my choice in a realtor easy! During the home purchasing processes, he was knowledgeable and pointed out several small details at each home we viewed that I would not have known otherwise. When it came down to negotiations on an offer, I trusted his advice. It made the processes much easier than I anticipated. Everything went smooth since day one and a couple weeks later, I became a home owner!

This is our 3rd time working with Stephen. He always makes the process as least stressful as possible and goes above and beyond to makes his clients happy. This was our first time selling with Stephen and he got our house sold within one week above the price we were expecting! From beginning to end, he's professional, honest, and the hardest worker.
