Since getting into residential real estate in 2012, Stephen realized quickly there was something not quite right about the system when it came to helping people sell their home and also needing to purchase their dream home. It seemed very unfair what was going on. He shared in the frustration with his clients NOT having the options they needed just because their offer was not as appealing as others without a contingency to sell a home.
He quickly learned that the ONLY WAY to get in front of what was already the most competitive seller’s market ever seen in DFW was to get “ahead” of the transactions as much as possible. While there wasn’t a problem when someone wanted to sell their home and get multiple offers, they would struggle to find what they wanted due to having a contingency in a market with very limited inventory to choose from. Frequently, sellers would say, “I WOULD SELL IF I KNEW WHERE I WAS GOING.”
Stephen began creative techniques of finding off-market homes that would exactly meet the criteria of the sellers’ dreams. He would advise them NOT to list their home until he found “THE ONE.” All the while, giving him TIME to line up a buyer for their home to sell. IT WAS PERFECTION! Because NOBODY in real estate concentrates on this concept, people who work with the team now experience real estate the way it should be!
