Stephen Timmons

I am an Associate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty in Bethany Beach, DE. A lifelong resident of Sussex County, Delaware and I received my BA from the University of Delaware. In 1984 I started my real estate career in Bethany Beach and specialize in residential real estate in the resort area and eastern Sussex County. I use my knowledge of the area, experience, local contacts and technology skills to assist my clients in buying and selling real estate.

I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Sussex County Association of REALTORS, Practicing Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute, member of the Delaware Association of Appraisers and a past member of the SCAOR Multilist Committee. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and playing golf, fishing, photography, hiking and biking.
