I had a really tight timeline for buying a house in the Austin area - I was only in town for five days - and Steve made it happen! I've never met anyone as responsive and he connected me with a great local lender. Even the title company raved about how great they were to work with. As a buyer's agent, Steve's also expert at getting all the intel about a property and knowing which levers to pull in order to be the winning offer. We made offers on three houses within one week and won two of them (I decided against the first that went under contract), at possibly the most competitive price point ($350-400K) in Austin's already insane market. He also went above and beyond when the appraisal came in under. If you're a serious buyer and you know what you want, you'll be in great hands with Steve.

The last time my wife and I were in the market for a home, our previous realtor put very little effort into helping us, and we had an even worse experience with the same realtor when we sold the home.

So imagine my surprise when Steve & his team not only helped in searching for the right home, but were frequently in contact with us and the several builders we visited. Steve was at nearly every showing we scheduled, and the one time he wasn't he sent one of his partners in his stead. He asked questions we didn't even think to ask, pointed out amenities we hadn't noticed, and basically stood by our side through the entire decision making process. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and budget and did not push us on any homes that didn't meet those criteria. On top of all that, he was charming and personable to boot.

I will absolutely refer all my friends and family in the Greater Austin area to him.

Steve and everyone at Living Spree were absolutely wonderful in our home buying journey. I really appreciated how quick he was to respond to any questions we had and most of all, how knowledgeable he was. He made our search extremely easy by always being available and helped us understand the right questions to ask the community managers.
