Real estate, for me, didn’t start in an office—it started in the ground.
Long before I was selling properties, I was uncovering them—literally. My background in gem exploration led me deep into Maine’s landscape, including developing historic sites like the Berry Quarry, where I uncover tourmaline pockets and mineral deposits that had been hidden for generations. That experience shaped how I see real estate today: not just as land or structures, but as opportunity waiting to be discovered.
My connection to Maine runs far deeper than my career. My family settled in Boothbay hundreds of years ago. My grandfather, a ship captain, once rescued one of the King’s vessels at sea—an act that earned him a knighthood and a King’s grant of land in the area around Dover Road and Ocean Point. That legacy of grit, independence, and earning value the hard way is something I carry into every deal.
Over the past decade, I’ve built a reputation as one of Maine’s top-performing brokers. I’ve handled everything from small lots to large-scale developments, subdivisions, and multi-million-dollar waterfront estates.
