Stephenie Zinn

As a third generation desert native, Stephenie possesses vast knowledge of the desert and a genuine love of the Coachella Valley. This, coupled with more than 18 years of real estate experience serves as a genuine asset to her clients. She has closed hundreds of transactions and has helped countless numbers of buyers and sellers through the real estate process.

She says, “My number one priority is to learn the individual needs and goals of each client so that I can meet and exceed their expectations.” Her firm belief in a solution-based approach to servicing her clients lends to a win-win experience for everyone involved.
Stephenie began her professional career working for RE/MAX Consultants. There she built a solid foundation of knowledge of the industry on which she has built her business.

In 2006, she made the move to full-time sales and never looked back. Since then she has held several leadership positions and has been called upon countless times to train and lead new generations of Realtors® to success. She served as manager of 2 of the top teams in the desert and in 2014 she made the move to create her own team.
She gives back by serving on several committees at her local board, the California Desert Association of Realtors. She has been a committee member and served as the 2013 Chair of the California Desert Young Professionals Network. She also serves on the Scholarship & Grievance Committees.
When asked why she has become so involved in the real estate community she says, “I love this business, I love the desert and I feel blessed to do, what I do, where I do it, every day.”
