Sterling Royal

Sterling Royal started his career in Real Estate in 2001. After a few years of providing excellent service to both Buyers and Sellers Sterling decided to enter into Real Estate Management to provide excellent Service and Coaching to not only his buyers and Sellers, but to the Real Estate agents in the Greater Sacramento Valley. Sterling grew as Sales Manager of Prudential CA Realty, to Office Manager, then managing four RE/MAX Gold offices, Office Manager of Lyon Real Estate in Roseville for four years, Co-Owner of Dean Adams Residential Brokerage, and currently Owner and President of Royal Real Estate. Sterling has focused on his clients and agents in the Natomas office specializing in Sales in Natomas, Placer County, and the Greater Sacramento area.

Outside of Sterling's Real Estate business, Sterling has enjoyed coaching his two sons in Football and Basketball. Sterling’s oldest son played football for CCSF after enjoying being QB for the Inderkum Tigers. Sterling had the privilege of coaching his youngest son Tabias in Basketball at Inderkum High School and currently coaching the youth of Natomas for CYBL Basketball.
