I was a first time buyer when starting the process of purchasing a home. I had been looking on line for a few weeks and it just became overwhelming. I contacted Steve and gave him the address of the houses we were interested in. He had them lined up and ready for viewing the next day. We looked at 5 homes that day, I never felt rushed or pressured and we were lucky enough to find the perfect home.. We made an offer, it was accepted and moved in 45 days later. Steve was thorough, informative, patient and was understanding of the stress I was going through being a first time buyer. I would recommend him to anybody who wants that it factor. He is now our leasing agent for the home we lived in previously!!! Home sold in 2014 Deborah Persian

8-9-2014 Steve and his team were very helpful in finding a property for us in the Seattle area. It turned out to be a longer than expected process but Steve stuck with me the whole way to ensure a good buying experience. 1-29-2014 Steve Dawson is awesome! I am a recent customer of Steve Dawson, not a representative for him or Re/max. I was so pleased with Steve and his associate’s support and attention to detail, that I want to voice that opinion for you, the person planning to sell a home. Are you planning to sell a home? I was, and it was a difficult decision. Circumstances were such that everything had to be just right; the market, the timing, and a host of other things, but most importantly, I needed an agent who would understand my needs and requirements. To take the plunge and hang a “for sale” sign in the front of the home was, as I said, quite a difficult thing for me. In the end, I decided to execute. I interviewed four agents from four different agencies, and one via Internet correspondence. One stood out from the crowd – Steve Dawson. Steve carefully reviewed the pros and cons of selling the home, evenly and professionally, ultimately demonstrating that he had both a depth of knowledge in real estate and the integrity to back it up. The confidence that he came across with was clearly a result of his ample experience. I am not well-versed in real estate; in fact this sale was one of two homes that I have sold, separated by many years and state lines. Steve helped to define a marketing plan and presented the plan in a positive light. He heard what I needed, and developed a plan that met those needs. While the house was on the market, Steve took care of a myriad of details. He stuck with me through the entire process, keeping me informed of any change at all times. I hope that I don’t need to sell a house any time in the near future, but you can bet, I would want to arrange it with Steve Dawson. Sold in 2014
