He is one of the best managing brokers whose door is always open for you to ask questions or to seek guidance on how to move forward with any transactions. I interviewed at 3 different brokerages. Hands down I made the BEST decision coming to Baird & Warner - Plainfield in 2016 and have the pleasure of having an available Managing Broker in Steve Engel. Steve is there for me 24/7, he makes time for me whenever I need (by phone or in person) to ask questions, seek guidance or just to vent. He is behind his people 100% ~ and it shows!! You won't compete with your managing broker by joining Baird & Warner as they don't sell - they are in the office and available to you. Steve has his finger on the pulse of the Real Estate Market and Baird & Warner gives you the tools to succeed!
