About Steve

I have lived in Williamsburg for over 36 years and forged many wonderful professional and personal relationships. Contributing time within my community with the Kiwanis Club (Past President 2014-15),
JCC/Williamsburg Master Gardener Association, Moose Lodge, Salvation Army Board, Meals on Wheels Board, JCC Lions Club, Master Gardeners, and Micro tour golf group are not only fulfilling but also establish the Williamsburg community as my office. A military veteran, my business evolution began while serving 8 years in the Army (Captain), and I have never forgotten such skills as task, resource, and time management.
Owning and operating 3 hotels with my wife, I furthered my business demeanor with the art of listening, problem-solving, and focusing on priorities.
My approach is simple: I work hard, I work smart, and I work honestly, with the best part being, I work for YOU! Proud to say I have been married for 39 years with 32-year-old twins, and my family relationship makes me successful, allowing everything else to fall into place. Personally, I am down-to-earth. Professionally, I do not take lightly the confidence my clients place in me. In addition to the Coldwell Banker training and marketing platform, my clients get me as their Realtor. Sharing what I know and recognizing what I do not know allows “US” to stay two 2-steps ahead during the transaction. Although buying or selling a home is a business transaction, it sure is nice to have a Realtor you feel comfortable with.
