Steve Gamez

Originally licensed in 1977, Steve has been involved in the multi-family since early in his career. He has owned several buildings and put together syndicates to purchase multi-family properties at the beginning of his career.

Steve has also managed all the buildings he has owned and do so currently. As a broker, he has represented all types of sellers and buyers from individuals to corporate and been involved in the sale of properties from 3 to 66 units all over Southern California. As a broker owner and manager, he believes he brings to the table an understanding of what is required of an investment property owner and how to best prepare a building for sale at the best possible return upon sale.
