From the moment I took on settling my sister's estate, everything was going well until it came time to sale her home. The home was listed with two different realtors, they tried very hard but with all the issues involved they were unable to complete a sale. Steve is a very knowledgeable real estate agent. He was always available to answer any question or concern I had, while taking the stress out of selling a house. His marketing was great, the listing and photos were great, because of that my house was on the market for less than a week, sold for well over asking price and settled all within a month. I could not recommend a better agent!!!
