Steve Milone

Steve has been a realtor in the Metro Atlanta area for several years. Before joining eXp Realty he was initially with Keller Williams for almost four years; consistently performing as one of the top 10% of realtors in his office. He initially started off with one of the top teams in his market center, helping to push them to a Top 5 team in the office. Those years with the team helped him learn the best practices of marketing and selling homes, looking at homes through the eyes of a buyer and home inspector, and how to truly serve his clients. In time he started his own group to improve the ways which he serves his clients.

Before real estate he spent several years in advertising and marketing sales. Many of the clients he worked with were Realtors, so he has been working hand in hand with realtors in helping with and learning their marketing strategies for several years.

He prides himself on living in the metro Atlanta area since the 80’s. Steve grew up in Gwinnett County and graduated from Georgia Tech. He and his wife Erin live in Buford with their 5 kids and are active in their church and community. He’s watched the many changes in the metro area, and as the area continues to grow and change he looks forward to helping more and more families with their real estate needs in this ever changing market.

It’s our goal to make this a seamless process from the first consultation all the way to the closing. At the end of the day, we can put accolades and awards up to show how successful we are, but the real proof that we’re doing our job is the multitude of reviews and referrals we get from our friends and family.
