Day, night, through surgeries on his hand writing side, he never skipped a beat. If you are looking for results he and his team are it. I thank you Sir , for all you did for me and my family. Having met Terri Steck when visiting from the Northeast, I expressed my desire of looking for a retirement community in the Clermont FL area. Terri showed me and my daughter around to all, and I mean all, the different communities there was to offer. My time was limited and she spent an entire 3 days with us helping me narrow down my search. She quickly learned what I liked and researched info I needed. When I returned several months later, she had appts lined up and made sure I saw everything I wanted. She even made appts on the fly for homes I was curious about. Terri went above and beyond and we ended up finding our new retirement home. Our daughter was impressed also and is looking forward to working with her in finding her first home.

Just a few lines to express the total satisfaction that Mary Ann and I have with the RE/MAX TITANIUM staff, particularly with Darlene, the broker and Keith, the selling agent. Darlene and Keith worked tirelessly for more than two years to help us get into a beautiful home in Clermont, Fl. During those two years another popular seller's agent and builder failed in building a house for us that we were under contract for. It was a very difficult 2 years, yet Darlene and Keith stuck by us without reservations and tried their best to complete that deal but it wasn't to happen. Now instead, Darlene and Keith have found us a new home, we've closed on it and are so happy about moving in. Without a doubt we are convinced that we've done business with the best two agents in the county. My name is Nathan and I got a house with my ex fiancé! And things went south with us fast! I left the house because I was told the bills would be paid! And expecting to get my name off the house but the whole time the mortgage wasn’t getting paid! I had no idea until 6 months ago Darlene from RE/MAX TITANIUM has been trying to get the house sold for me! And just a couple of days ago she finally made it happen! Darlene and her ENTIRE team worked so hard to put my fiancé and I in a home. We are first time homebuyers and she walked us through the entire process and explained everything as we asked. We cannot express our gratitude in words for her. Darlene was invested in my fiancé and I, not on the sale. When we first called her, she listened to all our “wants” in a home and remember them every step of the way. She found us the perfect home and called us before she even listed it for sale because she just knew in her heart it was our future home. We looked at it and fell in love. She listened to us talking as we walked through and voiced what she heard to the sellers and they met every concern we had before we even put in an offer. I prayed endlessly for a home and God to show me where I needed to be and he brought me Darlene after I went through 2 other realtors. 3 months later, we closed on our home. What a great team at RE/MAX Titanium . Coming from New York was a big move for me and the wife but Michelle made me feel welcomed to Florida . Steve and Darlene were absolutely amazing. We had a challenge due to using a Veteran Affairs home loan that required us to close on the house we were selling and the house we were buying on the same day. They handled every obstacle and challenge with ease and perfect professionalism. They took a high stress life event and made it a walk in the park. They personally worked with our mortgage provider so that we were not stuck with the job of being the middle man between them. Additionally, because they are brokers, own their title company, and have a wealth of experience, they never had to consult someone else in order to answer our questions or concerns and were able to skillfully smooth any rocky portion of the process. We have recommended them to everyone we know who is contemplating any real estate purchase and will continue to do so without even the slightest reservation.
