Being an agent for 20 years myself, but now inactive, when it came time to sell my house, no other choice for me except Steve Phillips. Steve is one of the best, he knows the industry, and very easy to work with. He is a no-nonsense agent, he will be very straight and forward with you, and will do everything possible to make sure you get the maximum value out of your home.

If you want a dedicated broker/salesman, you cannot go wrong with Steve Phillips. He went above and beyond in helping my husband and I find a home and he sticks with you step by step. Even after closing you have a true friend as he still will periodically check on you that things are going well. He is there with information even for any utilities, contractors or issues that he can assist you with. Great man and great job done for us.

Purchasing a home on your own can be a scary process. I could not be happier with the service and assistance provided by Steve Phillips at AMAX. Steve knew the lay of the land, went to several listings with me, and steered me in the right direction at each viewing until we ultimately found the right house for us. Steve was available whenever I had questions and even responded to me when he was in meetings.

We closed yesterday on our first house and I am so happy that I found Steve. It is a very difficult time to buy right now and I don't think I could respect someone more for their professionalism, timely communication, and general eagerness to help during the process. Steve even included a homeowners binder, full of copies of the house records and a list of services that may be needed in the near future.

Thank you so much, Steve! You were truly a blessing for us!

Steve markets himself with the tagline - "The Next Level Of Service". This could not be more accurate. As someone working in professional services, our first realtor fell short on many dimensions. Fortunately, we were referred to Steve and I could not imagined for a better friend, philosopher and guide in searching a house than him.

As a first time home buyer, we've learnt so much about the process and so many things about what to look for in a home. We looked at over 30 properties and Steve was always available to answer questions or research on our questions. When he had to be away, Steve made sure contingent arrangements were made so we didn't miss out on a property.

Steve brings his extensive sales experience and blends it with awesome customer service and truly delivers an experience likely to be unmatched in and around Springfield. I'm not saying your current realtor is bad, but if you have not house hunted with Steve, you are missing out on the best.

Thanks to Steve, our first time home buying experience was a breeze. After some initial hiccups in the process with another realtor we were lucky to meet him. Steve was extremely helpful, open, transparent, well updated on market trends and reliable through the whole process. He really cared about us and understood our needs from the very first meeting. He is the perfect balance of personal and professional.

Steve Phillips and the great team at Amax Real Estate are in my opinion, second to none. My wife and I relocated to Springfield from STL. It was stressful enough moving almost 200miles. Despite that Steve showed me any home that I wanted to see. Rearranged HIS schedule to suit mine. Steve was more than prepared at every showing with history and pertinent info for each home. Please. If you are considering Buying or Selling a home do yourself a favor and call Steve and the team.
