Steve did an outstanding job helping us to sell our home last summer in Fort Lauderdale, FL. It was a somewhat complicated and emotional sale of a home we inherited from my beloved Aunt. When unexpected issues arose during the buying process, Steve's problem-solving expertise shone through. He helped us quickly find solutions and handled everything with a calm and professional demeanor. In addition, his colleague, Josel, was superior in effectively staging our home and helping us de-clutter for showings.
All of our questions and issues were handled promptly and professionally, and if Steve didn't have a solution at the ready, he efficiently found another professional able to help us.

There are thousands of Realtors in Florida, but finding one that is so professional, that has so much experience, patience, that always cares about making sure everything works out for the client and at the same time is super respectful is not easy. I have been working with him for years and I wouldn't change him for anyone! Apart from that, he is a great human being!!!! I recommend him in every aspect.
