Steve Ridenour

NAI Black Commercial. In September of 2014, even with the success
of its Spokane office, CBRE made the decision to consolidate all
Washington services in the Seattle area, Steve elected to remain in the
Inland Northwest and joined NAI Black Commercial in its new Coeur
d'Alene office. In addition to the NAI platform, Steve was able to
maintain the CBRE connection and continues to do national account
representation from frequent referrals through the CBRE system. This
combined with NAI Black Commercial's regional market brokerage
dominance has created the best of local and regional coverage with
expanded national reach.
