Steve was amazing when we engaged him to sell my house! He came over immediately, gave honest and helpful feedback then sat down to review all options and possibilities with me and my fiancé.

Steve’s communication was stellar; he set up regular emails to share how the market and similar houses were trending, he called, he emailed and texted. Once we had Open House, he shared feedback immediately so that any changes could be implemented if we wanted to. Then as we got offers, he weighed in with his feedback, but let me and my fiancé drive the decision.

During close, he continued the amazing communication and was so happy for us! He made the process seamless, easy and painless for me. I was very intimidated and he took ALL the fear out of a very scary thing! I will use Steve any time I need to buy or sell a house and will recommend him to ALL of my family and friends. I'm sure there's a limit to the amount of content we can add here, so to sum it up as best as possible, Steve, without a doubt has been the best real-estate representative. He spends his time finding out who you are, to best match you with your new home. Steve has helped us over the years with both selling and buying homes....at times both happening at the same time. Example as of late, he sold our existing house and helped us building and closing on our new home. You won't find anyone better. Thank you Steve!
