Steve is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the ability to help his clients determine the true value of a home, their monthly payments, and any tax benefits. This includes the Tax implications of a Short Sale, Foreclosure, Deed-in-lieu of Foreclosure and Bankruptcy. In addition to his knowledge, Steve brings 20 years of Real Estate and Financial Services Experience to the table, making him an ideal partner in what for most people is the largest purchase they will ever make. St. George Real Estate is a one-man shop, so clients never have to deal with operators or associates- just the expert they hired. As a member of the National Association of REALTORS® Steve adheres to the strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice the Association has implemented to protect consumers.
