Steve Stansfield

Steve has thirty-two years of real estate sales experience in Fort Collins, Colorado. A graduate of Colorado State University, Steve holds a Bachelors Degree in Business (1971), and was one of the first Fort Collins brokers to achieve the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation (1983).
Specializing in sales and leasing of office and industrial properties, Steve is a consistent top producer. In 1997, he was awarded the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation by the Denver metro chapter of the Society of Office & Industrial Realtors (SIOR). "This designation recognizes outstanding sales performance in the office and industrial market segments, and is achieved by less than 1% of commercial brokers nationally." Steve served as the Colorado Chapter President of SIOR in 2014.
