Steve Stevens

Steve has been in the real estate business since 1971, licensed as a California real estate broker since 1982. After overseeing several successful real estate projects in Southern California, he was offered the opportunity of a lifetime, moving to the Central Coast as a consultant and to become the original exclusive broker of the “The Cloisters” beachside development in Morro Bay in 1996. He sold all original 120 lots and homes and has participated in more sales in the Cloisters from the approval of the subdivision than any other sales agent.

Subsequently, he has represented the real estate needs and wants of clients throughout the county. He appreciates the confidence shown in him and the wonderful relationships he has established, with sellers, buyers, and builders alike.
