Steve Williams helped me recently as a first-time home buyer in the Bay Area. While many real estate agents tried talking to me, Steve was the most responsive. And even when I ended up settling on a new build that refused to allow real estate agent involvement, Steve still offered his best advice to me throughout a lot of the process even though he knew he wouldn't get paid for his assistance. He said his main concern was making sure my husband and I found the best home for us. I thought this said a lot about Steve as both a real estate agent and a person and would definitely recommend him to any home buyers looking to own in the Bay Area.

Steve was so awesome. He was very attentive and thoroughly listened to our need and wants for buying a home. He was very available and helped answer any questions, or helped make sure we got in contact with whoever did. When we put in our offer, he went to bat for us and helped us get our home in our price range. Thank you Steve, you're the best!

Outstanding Agent!!!

I wasted so much time being scared! Steve kept a level head and stayed positive, answered all of my questions. He was extremely busy, but always checked in and kept promises. I know the price I purchased at, wasn't a very lucrative deal for an agent, but I still felt like my business was important to him. My only complaint is that I didn't take all of his advice immediately upon connecting with him!
