Steve is married to Dr. Shannon S. Parr, graduate of UCSF Dental School and Director of the Dental Residency Program at the VA Hospital in Palo Alto. He has three children, Nicholas, Kathleen, and Eva (ages 27, 25 and 19). Nicholas is an honors graduate of UCLA where he earned an academic All-America Water Polo honor. Katie is an honors graduate of UCSB where she was an academic ALL American Water Polo athlete and captain of the team. Eva is a senior at the University of Southern California in the BFA for acting program.
